Booking & Cancellation
Houdini's Escape Room bookings are non-refundable once confirmed. Rescheduling is permitted more than 24 hours in advance, subject to a £25 fee and providing an alternative date within 3 months. For changes made less than 24 hours before the event, rescheduling is not possible, and no refunds will be issued. No-shows or teams arriving 20 minutes or more late will forfeit their booking without a refund or option to reschedule. If a team is less than 15 minutes late, game time may be reduced.

Had an amazing experience in the escape room with game masters Storm and Laura. Having the live actors scare us really heightened the thrill of it all. Will definitely be back to try the other rooms!
Great experience, we escaped room 13 and our game master was Storm. She was super enthusiastic. Highly recommend booking this activity, will be back to try another.
Our supervisor, Storm, deserves a huge praise for her excellent work, her dedication and friendliness towards us was unmatched, and we had a great time completing the Escape Room! Deaf friendly services have made it possible for us to have a fun experience at the game! Definitely coming back :)
