Booking & Cancellation
For individual bookings, tickets are generally non-refundable; however, rescheduling or credit may be offered in special cases. For private events, a 50% deposit is required, with final payment due one week prior. Cancellations up to 14 days in advance are free. Within 14 days, a 50% fee applies, and within 7 days or for no-shows, the full fee is forfeited. All cancellations are at Meetspace VR's discretion, and contacting them directly for issues is recommended.

AMAZING!!! 😁 ABSOLUTELY LOVED OUR TWO SESSIONS (Avarax and Outbreak) Host was excellent - welcoming and friendly. The game space was massive (so much bigger than any other vr space I've been to) Loved Avarax. It was so much fun - and an absolute must of you are a fan of 40k. OUTBREAK WAS *INCREDIBLE*. Very atmospheric and physical. If you like VR, DO IT. I have a quest 3, and this blew me away by comparison EDIT - Only potential improvement would have been to have food available on-site. We might have stayed and done one more experience, but had to leave for lunch.
THAT WAS THE GREATEST THING EVER!!!! OMFG I NEVER WANT TO LEAVE HERE! JAMIE WAS THE DON!!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE - FOR THE EMPORERRRRRRRRRR...RRRRRRRR HEAVY BOLTA!!!!!! BOLTAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!! Right now I have calmed down 😊 six of us went, the briefing was done brilliantly. The VR element, perfect, no lag, no motion sickness. We all had a great time and will be talking about it for a long time!
We came here for my son's 15th Birthday and did the Warhammer VR experience. It was alot of fun. Jamie on the desk was really helpful and made the game even more enjoyable. We'll definitely be back and would recommend to anyone thinking of trying it out. Parking right next door 👍
