I took my daughter for her 10th birthday in November and it was the worst experience for the kids including lack of their safety vests, short staffed and staff concentrating on the adult groups (there was a total of 3 groups of children). I did contact Delta force afterwards and was offered to return for free but this was not the point. The children did not want to return at all. I hope they have improved since that period.

Booking & Cancellation
All bookings are generally non-refundable. The only exception for a refund is in the case of a bereavement of an immediate family member, provided a death certificate is supplied. If a member of your group fails to attend, their prepayment and paintballs are forfeited, though credits for a future visit may be issued depending on your booking status. Bookings made over the phone (which incur a 6.99% service fee) allow for date changes and credits for absent players, subject to availability.

i had a great time my favourite map was london and my marshal Jade was a great amount of help through out the day but highly recommend visiting delta force for a great day out

On arrival it all seemed a little chaotic with many different groups turning up but the staff did their best to organise the groups for the briefings. My 9 year old was in a party of 7 for a birthday and once Aaron got them together, us parents could relax and let the games begin. Even though it was raining, it didn't dampen the spirits of these kids while the parents sat under the large tents on the benches with tables and a cafe on hand. The kids enjoyed it and loved the way Aaron got them together at the whiteboard to go over the points and enthusiastically called out the winners.
