I took my daughter for her 10th birthday in November and it was the worst experience for the kids including lack of their safety vests, short staffed and staff concentrating on the adult groups (there was a total of 3 groups of children). I did contact Delta force afterwards and was offered to return for free but this was not the point. The children did not want to return at all. I hope they have improved since that period.

Generally, all payments for paintball bookings are non-refundable. The sole exception for a refund is in the event of a bereavement of an immediate family member (spouse, civil partner, mother, father, brother, sister, child, grandparent, or grandchild) occurring within seven days of your scheduled event. To qualify, an application must be made promptly, accompanied by a copy of the death certificate. For bookings made over the phone, which incur a 6.99% service fee, you have the flexibility to change your booking date, subject to availability. Additionally, credits will be issued for any players who fail to attend, allowing them to participate in a future game without further payment. However, payments made in person are final, and no alterations, date changes, or credits for no-shows will be provided.

i had a great time my favourite map was london and my marshal Jade was a great amount of help through out the day but highly recommend visiting delta force for a great day out

On arrival it all seemed a little chaotic with many different groups turning up but the staff did their best to organise the groups for the briefings. My 9 year old was in a party of 7 for a birthday and once Aaron got them together, us parents could relax and let the games begin. Even though it was raining, it didn't dampen the spirits of these kids while the parents sat under the large tents on the benches with tables and a cafe on hand. The kids enjoyed it and loved the way Aaron got them together at the whiteboard to go over the points and enthusiastically called out the winners.
