Booking & Cancellation
Cancellations made within 7 days of the game date are non-refundable. For bookings outside this 7-day window, a 50% refund is available upon cancellation. A 100% refund is offered if a booking made at least 14 days in advance is cancelled within 24 hours of booking. All cancellations must be submitted via email. Date changes require 20 days' notice and incur a £20 administration fee. No refunds are provided for cancellations due to circumstances outside of UKPaintball's control, such as severe weather; alternative dates will be offered instead. Special cancellation terms apply for groups of 50+ players.

We all had a brilliant day it was booked for my sons 15th birthday and they said it was the best thing they have done . And my son really enjoyed it
We weren't expecting to be playing 8 games as we were told 4. Had to spend lots to replenish paint which wasn't budgeted for. Would go again and leave at lunch again though
Everything on the day was great. The team were really helpful and friendly even in the torrential rain before the session. My son and his friends really enjoyed the day and had great fun. Well run and would definitely bring them back. Thanks
