Booking & Cancellation
For cancellations made more than 31 days prior to your event, you will receive a full refund, excluding the non-refundable deposit. If you cancel 31 days or less before the event, no refund will be issued. All cancellations and group size reductions must be submitted in writing to admin@geronigo.com and acknowledged by us to be valid, with changes subject to the same charges. If the venue cancels due to adverse weather or other unavoidable circumstances, your booking will be rescheduled to a mutually convenient date within three months; cash refunds are not provided in these instances. Rescheduling without a Flexi-Date option, if possible, incurs a £40 fee and must be done at least 14 days in advance. Pandemic-related cancellations will result in a credit voucher valid for six months.
