They're not rude, they've always treated me well. I've been to places where they're rude and bothered with customers... These guys had a good attitude with a beginner like me. The price is what it is, pretty much everywhere. So the big difference is service = their good attitude. Don't forget to bring your ears & eyes ;)
Not a super fancy place, some of the staff can be a little dry sometimes, but certainly not rude. This place serves its purpose well, prices seem reasonable, seem to be open lanes when I go, they seem to take safety seriously but not in a tension causing manner. Nice balance of diligence and accommodation. Good to go.

I went here just to inquire about getting a new membership, but the staff was so friendly and helpful that I ended up buying a handgun at the same time. The staff was knowledgeable and explained to me all about gun legalities in California. I would definitely recommend this place not only for target practice, but for sales and services as well.
I was new to handguns at age 79, and was treated extremely well when asking "beginner" questions. The staff appeared only too ready to help answer all my questions--even some of the questions that displayed my ignorance. The facilities are good and the prices fair.
I, like everyone else it seems, am trying to find a handgun and also a rifle. I was getting set to join the club to go shooting because they have perks for members. The range was okay, seemed typical for a few that I have been to over the years which isn't many but it doesn't take a whole lot to figure it out. The staff however is a bit on the 'pithy' side. Two or maybe three conversations on the phone left me not feeling like I want to join. Mind you, it is a financial commitment, aka, not cheap. On the positive note, the help at the range was good. At least, the one time I was there. I will continue to shop as the California legislature makes it impossible to shoot or buy ammo. Too bad the service didn't leave me with the feeling of wanting to get more serious. On the other hand, maybe it is better off. I will use my cell phone for help and then throw my phone at the perpetrator.
