We tried Shut Down. It was rated difficulty level 2/5 but some of the puzzles were not intuitive, quite difficult and it doesn't seem like anyone could finish this in 1 hour the first time. Thus, it seems like this should have been rated 3 or 4. On the plus side, the staff was friendly and willing to give clues. They were also willing to explain the puzzles we didn't get to.
I haven’t seen a better made escape room, I went with group of friends for magic academy. The room was absolutely unbelievable, and we have been to dozens of escape rooms. The staff/gentleman that brought us to the room and helped us finish had the most amazing personality, the way he spoke like a medieval person and the way he handled us as a group made the experience 100 times better. Everything was perfect.

This is probably one of the best escape rooms I’ve played in a long time. Me and a group of 3 others did the magic academy escape room and it was such a good experience. First off, the price is amazing for one and a half hours, and the amount of puzzles that need to be solved were super on theme and interactive. The way the escape room was made, made it so fun and individualized for the four of us (we even got a cute paper with our names on it to take home in the escape room!!). The staff were also great, super helpful and always on theme. Genuinely like this was such a top notch escape room and hopefully like anyone who has done this escape room agrees with me!!
The escape rooms seem interesting. A good coordination and collaboration is needed to make quick progress. The location is a little odd in terms of how close it is to the main road and parking relative to the size of the building seems small. Overall, a fun place to spend time if you are into solving puzzles to escape a room within a time limit.
Great place for a fun filled escape. I've completed the following rooms. Shut down, the red Admiral, defend the magic academy, Z Express, nectophobia, the virus outbreak. All of the rooms were great. Production quality and great theme. Really immersible great place to come with friends to experience and escape.
