The staff are nice with smile face. The room is well organized. The staff is patience and kind when my son asks for many questions. This was a funny place for myself and my son (only 2 persons) even though there were many conflicts between us when we were solving the puzzles in the room. Eventually, I felt surprised that my son said I was his good partner in the room. We will definitely go there again.
I had an amazing time at this escape room. When I went Christine was the one that helped my group and I and she did an amazing job explaining all the rules while also helping us when we had a tough time. She was working alone but still gave us all the attention that we needed during our time there. We also came a bit late but she was still super accommodating and understanding!

We did the medieval prison room and it was awesome. It was my first time and I was a bit anxious at first but the design of the room was overall excellent albeit being a bit small. The theming alone was phenomenal and I swear they probably went to extra lengths to make those cell doors EXTRA squeaky, lol. We finished the room and escaped the prison with mere seconds to failure... But the challenges within were fair, albeit somewhat repetitive in nature. If you're considering taking on this one, I'd recommend a few things. These are general tips but if you want to go in completely fresh, DO NOT continue reading beyond this point and just go - this is an EASY recommendation. First of all, go with a small group of 4-6. We had 11 and that was definitely too many people for this particular room. Without giving anything away, there are a couple of key areas to this one, where teamwork and communication are crucial. However, too many cooks spoil the broth, and having too many people can actually hinder you instead of help you. Secondly, this room wants to tell you a story. Listen actively and carefully because it's easy to miss clues that help you progress. Lastly... This room is very DARK. To find the light, you will need to embrace the darkness. If you are scared of the dark or have trouble seeing in the dark, this may work against you during this experience. I hope you enjoy this one as much as I did. It opened me up to the world of escape rooms and now I'm hooked. I'll definitely be back to try the others.
We had a really fun time at Trapped Escape Room in Markham! The puzzles were creative and kept us thinking the whole way through. There was a bit of a delay at the start due to a room issue, but the staff was super understanding and gave us extra time, which made up for it. Great experience overall—we’d definitely come back to try another room!
My group and I received outstanding service from Brittny during our recent visit. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel welcome and ensured our experience went well. Not only did she explain the game rules clearly, but she also created a friendly, engaging atmosphere that made the entire experience even more enjoyable. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about making sure guests have a great time, and we really appreciated that extra effort. We’ll definitely be recommending Trapped escape rooms to friends, and we’ll look forward to our next visit!
