DONT BOOK! They cancelled our boat escape the day before and then refused to issue a refund. The general managers say this happens all the time and are frustrated by their boss that he gets away doing this to people. Not worth the risk.
To be honest, I was worried when I saw the size of the ship, and wondered how 3 groups at the same time would work. What I experienced was a unique take on the escape room concept, challenging puzzles, entertaining staff, and a lot of fun! We barely scraped by, with only 4 minutes to spare. It really took a lot of cooperation to escape. There was some issue that prevented us from actually having a moving ship, but we got a discount as a result of that, so I'm not mad about it. Also, Captain Kelly had a QR code on his hat that was totally worth scanning~

We did the haunted harbor tour. It was very nice and interactive! Thank you guys for making our day memorable! Loved it! 😊
Had an amazing time! Celebrated my boyfriend’s birthday here with some friends and family. The puzzles were fun and challenging, and the cast performance added on to the pirate-like experience. The views of the city were great as well so definitely take some breaks to enjoy the scenery (but be mindful of the time so you can escape the haunted ship). Overall, would definitely recommend this experience :)
I went last night for the Escape The Ghost Ship. I went with four friends, and they joined another group of two with us. They were great and we had a lot of fun. We were out on the water for an hour. A short theatrical segment to explain the story of what we're doing, then to the puzzles! We had two teams on board, racing to see who could figure out the puzzles first. I have done one other escape room, but have played a lot of puzzle games and escape room type simulators. These puzzles were really well done, we knew what we needed to do to figure them out without assistance, but they were still challenging enough that it took us time (and paper for notes). I was impressed by the number of different puzzles put into this production, and how each of them are a different type of puzzle for great variety. We finished literally as the countdown timer was counting down, but the other team on the boat finished well before us. It was just the right amount of challenge for me, without the sense of being unsolvable. The scenery around the lake is gorgeous as always, though I didn't spend as much time looking off the boat as I did paying attention to the game.
