Pretty good escape room! We played the single room and all the traps are straight forward and make sense to me! Really smooth experience and we will definitely come next time!!!!

Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for any last-minute cancellations occurring within 48 hours of your reservation. For corporate event bookings, a more extended notice period of 5 days in advance is required to qualify for a cancellation refund.

Really fun experience for a group that is new to escape rooms! The staff was really well trained in customer service and experience. They made our time more enjoyable. We did the jungle room, and it was very intricate and well designed. With the help of the staff, we were able to escape! Even when we showed up 10 mins late, they didn’t make us feel like we lost any time, and even gave us a few extra minutes to escape the room. I would highly recommend this experience for your group!
The best escape room in Toronto! I've done Hannibal (my favorite one), The Exorcist and The Godfather and the puzzles are clever, intriguing and fun. The staff is always ready to help and sometimes give some extra time to escape. I highly recommend it!
I had so much fun at Enigma Escape Room! I did the Hannibal and Haunted Toy Store rooms. I really enjoyed both experiences. Hannibal was decently scary and the last room was the hardest to escape as there were more puzzles. However, it was very fun to try and finish the room. The Haunted Store had scares here and there but in both experiences, I enjoyed discovering the story as you solved puzzles. They had some unique ways to unlock or obtain items that I haven’t seen in other escape rooms. The hint book was very helpful and I used it a lot. The staff was also very accommodating and gave some useful hints when completing the puzzles. I would definitely come back here again to try more rooms!
