Amazing experience at Enigma Escape Room! The puzzles were creative, challenging, and really fun, and the rooms were well designed and immersive. The staff were friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly, which made the whole experience smooth from start to finish. Perfect for friends, family, or team activities. I’m sorry to rate this place poorly because the staff were nice, but the escape room was disappointing. We did magic school, and it’s a tiny room (like storage closet sized) where you just collectively stand around a cube and only do things to the cube itself. It’s also clear that the staff are not watching you when you play the game, because if you call for a hint they come into the room itself and then ask you where you are on the puzzle. That’s never been my experience at other escape rooms. They normally speak to you from outside of the room via a phone or a talking device. Besides the room being incredibly uninspired it is also 47 dollars a head for this experience, which is absolutely not worth it. I was getting bored during our 60 minutes in there. If you’re looking for an escape room where the staff watch and provide good hints, the story is fleshed out and the environment is immersive and rich try looking glass adventures in the danforth. It’s further out but it’s MILES ahead of this place! This place sucked.

Enigma Escape Room offers a clear cancellation policy to ensure fairness for all bookings. For standard individual reservations, a full refund will be issued if the cancellation is made a minimum of 48 hours prior to your scheduled escape room experience. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for any cancellations that occur within 48 hours of the booking time. For corporate events and larger group bookings, a more extended notice period is required; cancellations for these events must be made at least 5 days in advance to qualify for a full refund. We encourage guests to review their booking details carefully.

Amazing experience. Celebrated my friends birthday here — we did the Asylum and escaped with 20min left. Daniel L was a great experience lead. Explained everything well and took care of our group - 10/10. This escape room exceeded our expectations! We will be back for another escape room experience!
WE HAVE DONE THREE ESCAPE ROOMS OVER THE LAST 3 DAYS! Even finished one and started another right after! It was so much fun that we couldn’t get enough. I wish I was staying longer so we could do even more! Annie was so helpful and encouraging, but also helped so much with the suspense and magic of the rooms. She really set the tone for a fun experience. She’s great- whatever she’s getting paid isn’t enough. It was a 10/10 experience because of how great the rooms are and because of her!
This is one of the best escape rooms in downtown! It’s near the campus, and an ideal place to hang out with friends. They have 9 different themes, and the vibe is great!
