We recently did "MIDNIGHT ARCADE" with Laura and Sarah S who were amazing game masters! This was our second room at this location and they both have been very fun and exciting! The staff is very present and helpful throughout the whole experience from checking in all the way until the end. Would definitely recommend checking them out.

This was my first time trying an escape room, and it was a fantastic experience! We visited as part of a corporate team-building event and chose the Haunted House theme. The setup included four different rooms, each with its own unique puzzles and hidden clues. It was the perfect mix of fun and spooky, keeping us engaged and on our toes throughout.
The “Jack the Ripper” escape room at Trapped Toronto was such a good experience. The atmosphere is richly detailed, instantly transporting you to 1888 London. Puzzles are smart, well-paced, and tightly woven into the chilling narrative. Staff were professional and attentive, enhancing the overall experience. A must-visit for escape room enthusiasts looking for story-driven immersion and quality design.
I rarely give reviews but gotta give this one a 5 stars. The facilities are very nice, chill, and spacious. Staffs were extremely friendly and helpful, special thanks to Joyce, and the girl with hijab on (sorry I didn’t know your name). This is a perfect place if this is your first time playing, or if you are trying to get your friends into escape rooms. My friends were obsessed. We had a fun night, and even wanted to play another room right after the first one. The wifi or signal is pretty weak down there tho. Overall, excellent experience. Will bring more friends and come back next time. Thank you guys
