Came in to do my first escape room and had a blast. We did Draculas Library and the environment and props added a ton to the experience. Jasenya was super engaged with us and got immersed into the story of the room. Loved the experience, was challenging but in a clever way. Will definitely be coming back for another room
I was really excited to go here but it was a very unfortunate experience! Our game master was very rude to us, it was my birthday and she yelled at me… The puzzles were not connected and there was no sense of “completion” just a lot of disconnected boxes and locks that were random. I’ve done many escape rooms and this one just missed the mark on how to actually facilitate good puzzles. There was also a puzzle where you needed a specific order but they weren’t glued down so the only way to solve is to ask for help you can’t solve it on your own… why would that be a puzzle in a room? lol so odd. Once we exited the game masters ignored us and didn’t congratulate us right away like every other room I’ve ever been to. It really just seems like they don’t even care, not worth the cost unfortunately • ᴖ • I will say the room was very well designed visually! The decorations looked really cool so it gets some points for that. ◡̈

Went twice, each time to solve the same room. It was not easy in 1 hour. Definitely enjoyed it. Staff is friendly and engaging. Love the props for photo-taking. Looking forward to returning soon to try another room. If you book another visit on the spot, you get a discounted rate. It's a brilliant way for them to get you locked in and great for you to have something to look forward to in your calendar.
Had such an amazing time at this escape room! The staff, especially the ladies, were super friendly and incredibly helpful. They made the whole experience so fun and exciting, which made me want to come back and try more rooms. Everything was well-organized, and the hints were given at just the right moments without giving too much away. Definitely recommending this place to friends—can’t wait to return!
Overall, I thought the experience was awesome! The staff were super friendly and helpful. I did two rooms with one other person- Charlotte's attic and Dracula's library. We finished Charlotte's attic in about an hour and ten minutes. The puzzles were a bit repetitive at times and there are a decent number of red herrings (which leads to quite a bit of trial and error), as well as a number of things that are hidden in plain sight. I'd probably recommend going with at least three people. We finished Dracula's library in about 45 minutes, so it's pretty good for a pair or a small group, but it might be a little simple for a larger group. The puzzles were more unique than the ones in Charlotte's attic imo, which made it more fun.
