I hosted my daughter‘s 11th birthday here this past weekend, I have to say the service was fantastic. Dante the coordinator is beyond patient, he went out of his way multiple times to explain each game and how they work. For people like myself who are new to VR I really appreciated that. He was exceptional with all the kids, multitasking all their needs and questions.
The cook/waitress Ana was such a sweetheart. She was so organized. She had the food ready just as the game was ending for all the kids. The adults had cappuccinos and espresso, she made each drink to everyone’s liking.
The owner was very kind, laid back, extremely polite and didn’t make you feel like you had to purchase extras. You didn’t feel stressed with the chaos of all the kids running around because the atmosphere was so relaxed.
I would rate the cleanliness a 10!!!!!!! Usually at functional play centres where there’s lots of kids, you’ll have messy bathrooms or tables but I have to say the custodian/cleaner was on top of everything. From wiping tables, constantly checking and cleaning the bathrooms to vacuuming.
Would greatly recommend this place for get together‘s, birthdays, date nights, weekend spots to drop in. Games for younger kids and all the way up 18+

I was invited to a birthday party at this VR place, and it was such a great experience! The whole venue is spacious, clean, and really well set up — perfect for both kids and adults to enjoy. The party room was beautifully arranged, with plenty of space for everyone to relax, eat, and celebrate.
Everything ran so smoothly and right on time — no stress or worries at all. The staff were amazing — friendly, organized, and always ready to help. They made sure the games were running perfectly and that everyone had fun.
Overall, it was such an enjoyable and memorable birthday celebration. Definitely one of the best party places around — highly recommend!

Booking & Cancellation
For general VR bookings, a full refund is issued to the original payment method if cancellation occurs at least 48 hours in advance. For party packages, a $100 administrative fee is subtracted from refunds for cancellations made 14-30 days prior. A 50% partial refund is offered for cancellations between 3-13 days notice. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before a party package booking are non-refundable. To cancel, please contact VRCADE via phone, email, or your booking confirmation link.

A Fantastic Family Experience at VRCADE! We had such an amazing time at VRCADE! The whole experience was super fun from start to finish. The team was so welcoming and made sure everyone — adults and kids alike — felt comfortable and excited to play. There’s something for everyone here, and it’s the perfect place for families to enjoy some quality time together. The games were awesome, the setup was great, and the staff made the experience smooth and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a fun, family-friendly activity that everyone will love, VRCADE is the place to go! We can’t wait to come back!
We had our son’s 9th birthday here and it was so Much fun! The space was perfect for 15 of his friends to gather along with parents who chose to stick around. We had our own private room but also enjoyed their cafe and lounge area along with the board games available ! The kids obviously had the best time playing the VR games and are already planning their next visit! The staff was helpful and friendly with the kids and let us bring our own food and cake! Highly recommend for your next occasion!
We had a wonderful experience at VRcade with my daughter and friend! The dragon tower escape game was incredibly immersive, and the VR glasses transported us to a whole different world. Although my daughter has a Meta Quest 2, the difference with the Meta Quest 3s here was truly amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful, allowing us to fully enjoy our game time despite arriving late. This place is definitely worth experiencing, I highly recommend it!
