The Great Escape does not offer refunds for bookings. However, you can reschedule your booking without penalty if you contact them at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will result in the booking being considered lost, with no refund issued. For extreme or unforeseen circumstances, customers are advised to contact customer service for a case-by-case review.

We had an amazing time at Expedition Sydney. Both rooms had great atmosphere and was really immersive, and the puzzles were unique and very satisfying to solve. A huge shout-out to Maddie, our exceptional host who went beyond to make our experience special in both our visits. Her enthusiasm and passion made everything even more enjoyable and memorable. Had a blast at Expedition Sydney with Maddie as our GM whom I can't recommend highly enough! The escape room itself was challenging but had rewarding puzzles and we got out without any hints. Maddie was nice enough to take us through the puzzles at the end - can't wait to come back and try the other room. Thanks again!
We had a great time solving our escape room today! We did the Kingdom Besieged room, which was a lot of fun and the clues were varied, interesting and intuitive . Maddie really made the experience above and beyond with great immersion and world building! We will be back to try the other room soon :)
