Myself and my partner made a last minute decision on our trip to visit Next Level (upon recommendation from Matt, one of your lovely team members xoxo) and my god what a fun time we had. What an incredible experience with a phenomenally designed room! Plus the way they accommodate for your specific needs i.e if you’re getting noticeably uncomfortable, they’ll ensure you still enjoy yourself. Massive shoutout also to Nikki who from the moment we stepped foot in the building, committed wholeheartedly to making the experience amazing. Her characters were so so funny and immersive, we had so much fun. I think there’s something so special about having real, committed game-runners behind the scenes. Made my theatre kid heart very happy - will certainly be visiting again

First time at next level escape, and it did not disappoint! I've done many escape rooms across Australia and The Artifact is definitely in my top 3. Chris was a brilliant Game Master, and really brought the room and puzzles to life. We will be back for more!
Edit to add: loved the room so much that we literally came back the next day for ex libris, Aaron was a brilliant GM too! This is such a special kind of escape room experience, I highly recommend to anyone who enjoys fun puzzles and banter!

Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours before your booking to receive a refund; otherwise, no refund will be issued. No-shows are not eligible for a refund. For groups with fewer players than booked, a full refund for missing individuals is provided if notified more than 24 hours in advance, or a 50% refund if notified within 24 hours. Guests who are more than 10 minutes late may have their game shortened, and intoxicated players will be refused entry without a refund.

This was so fun and interactive. Challenging but logical puzzles and the integration of the character of Hal is fabulous. Well done to all involved. Chris was a spectacular host and would love for him to get the recognition he deserves. Edit: We came back a second day because the first day was so fun. Aaron was an amazing Game Master and was so funny in his interactions with the team. Love this place will definitely be back
My partner and I tried our very first escape room experience at Next Level Escape, and it absolutely did not disappoint! The setup was clever, the puzzles were fun and immersive, and the whole experience kept us on our toes. A special shout-out to Sergeant Megan, our amazing game master, who made it so much fun, interactive and very entertaining. You can really tell she loves what she does! We left feeling challenged, excited, and already planning our next visit. Highly recommended!
We were impressed, to be honest, we did the room echos in forest and it went amazingly. Each room has their own game master, and the staff played their role very well, so much engaging. We had lovely Christ who was amazing in his role and he helped us in very polite and humourous way. We love how detailed they were. Thank you and we will definitely come back.
