How do I book a session?

All bookings are made through our online booking page. We highly recommend booking in advance, as we cannot guarantee availability for walk-ins.

Do you offer gift vouchers?

Yes, gift vouchers are available for purchase on our website. You can choose the gift amount, and the recipient can select a date and time that suits them.

What are the group size limits for your games?

Our games can accommodate groups of 2 to 8 people. If you have a larger group, please contact us directly, and we will do our best to arrange split sessions for you.

Are your games suitable for team-building events?

Absolutely! Our games are designed to encourage teamwork and collaboration, making them perfect for team-building exercises and corporate events.

What happens if we get stuck on a puzzle?

A staff member will be monitoring your game at all times via in-room cameras and audio. They can provide hints and guide you in the right direction if you need assistance.

Will we actually be locked inside the room?

No, you will never be locked in. There is always an unlocked door available if you need to exit the room at any point.

How long does the entire experience last?

The experience includes a 10-minute introduction, a 60-minute game, and a short debrief with team photos afterward. Please allow 90 minutes in total.

Are there any age restrictions for players?

Teams with players under 16 years old must include an adult guardian (18 years or older). Some games are suitable for all ages with an adult, and children 4 years and younger play for free. We do offer recommendations for specific games based on their content and atmosphere.

We took two relatives whove never played an escape room before to see the Marlowe Hotel room here and it was incredible :) Everyone was super pumped and it was very intuitive but challenging. The plot and set was amazing. Gamemaster was also great and gave us a lot of nifty hints. Thank you for the experience!

We did Mr Pepper's Toy Shop and it was amazing! It was a great room and had an awesome atmosphere. Our Games Master was incredibly kind and accommodating in ensuring we got to see the finale of the room (we were regretfully late to our booking). Thank you, we will definitely be returning!!

Such an epic time doing the Toy Shop escape room. We just made it out in the nick of time!! Awesome set up, vibe, cool clues and just a really fun thing to do with a group of friends. Would highly recommend it!

We did La Rebellion and it was my best escape room experience. Love all the puzzles and decorations in the room. The puzzles are challenging but flow smoothly and very well designed. I would definetly come back for other rooms. Thanks for the great work and creative efforts in designing such a comprehensive experience. Highly recommend to advance escape room player and people who appriciate the creative mind.

Amazing place to go with friends for a challenge. This is not my first escape room but was my first experience with The Cipher Room - they absolutely did not disappoint. They were so lovely to my friends and I, especially because one of us was running late. They allowed us to wait a bit longer for him, and then let him in when he arrived so he wouldn’t miss so much of the room. You even got a pin for completing the room when you were finished. They also take your photo when you come back out of the room. Needless to say, I’m going to have to come back here and do the rest to collect the pins.
