Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your session are eligible for a 50% deposit refund. If you cancel within 48 hours or are a no-show, no deposit refund will be issued. Bookings are automatically cancelled without refund if you are more than 30 minutes late. Rescheduling is permitted up to 24 hours in advance, with the first two changes being free; subsequent changes incur a 50% deposit fee. Special considerations for COVID-19 related matters are not provided unless a lockdown is in effect.

I recently played “The Unplayed Melody”, and it completely exceeded my expectations. From the moment the mission begins, the atmosphere pulls you in with its beautiful set design, detailed props, and an immersive soundtrack that perfectly matches the theme. Every room felt thoughtfully crafted, creating a strong sense of mystery and emotional depth. The puzzles were incredibly well-designed—logical, creative, and varied. Nothing felt repetitive or random. Each task connected naturally to the story, and solving them gave such a satisfying sense of progression. I especially loved how the narrative unfolded through small details, allowing players to piece together the plot step by step. The game strikes the perfect balance between challenge and enjoyment. It’s accessible for beginners but still engaging for experienced players. The staff were friendly and introduced the story in a way that made the whole experience even more captivating. Overall, “The Unplayed Melody” is a must-try. It’s atmospheric, clever, emotional, and memorable—one of the best mission rooms I’ve ever played. Highly recommended!
Great storyline and puzzles used but the addition of AI used for the Unplayed Melody room was incredibly disappointing. Really cheapens the experience especially when you pay $60+ for a room expecting good results only to be met with art and videos and props that could have been made in a minute with ChatGPT. If you want a better experience try any other room besides this one, Mission Escape do better. Stop harming the environment and support artists! Would love to have my money back for this.
Did the Mystery Unplayed one and it was awesome. My group and I did the little girl and it was so much fun. Great mix of different puzzles, lots of props to play and puzzle with! Would really recommend doing the little girl doll escape room one
