Rescheduling is possible at the discretion of the branch manager, with no fee if you provide at least 3 days' notice before your original booking date. Rescheduling requests made with less than 3 days' notice may incur a $10 per player fee. If an alternative date cannot be accommodated, no refund will be issued.

Had an absolute blast at Sydney Virtual Room! We played Press Play and it completely exceeded my expectations so much fun and incredibly immersive. The quality was amazing, the staff were friendly, and the instructions were clear. Highly recommend and can’t wait to go back!
