Booking & Cancellation
Entermission Sydney maintains a strict no-refund policy for all bookings and cancellations. If fewer people attend than booked, no reimbursement will be provided. Bookings can be rescheduled, but a $30 fee applies if the change is requested within 48 hours of the scheduled game. For corporate events, a full prepayment is required 48 hours before the event, with final numbers confirmed one week prior. Rescheduling corporate events is free if more than 7 days' notice is given; otherwise, a $30 fee applies. To add more players, contact the venue directly.

Absolutely incredible!!! We did the Dragons Tower and Burger Challenge and LOVED both. Honestly we could not stop talking about it for hours after and just wanted to go back for another session. 10/10. You won’t regret it.
This is a fantastic activity for those looking for something new and fun to do in Sydney. The staff were very helpful and were quick to attend to any issues or questions we had since we had not done this before. The VR game itself was really interesting and sometimes scary at times since it felt very realistic! I will definitely be going back in the future.
Took my son and his mates here for his 8th bday. They had an amazing time. So much fun. Our host Tan was fantastic. She was very friendly and helpful with the boys on their first VR experience. Can’t wait to come back.
