Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours prior to your game start time to receive a credit for the amount paid; cash refunds are not issued once a booking is confirmed. If you need to reschedule within 24 hours, a $60 fee applies if paid in full, or your deposit is forfeited if only a deposit was made. No refunds or credits are provided for cancellations within 24 hours or for no-shows. Changes to player count also require 24 hours notice for credit. Please note that arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened or cancelled game.

The 6 of us did the Witching Hour room today. It is not as scary as you would think so, and the puzzles were fun to solve. I’d definitely recommend this room. We had Jess as our game master and she was amazing!
Mustafa was a great host and me and my friend had a great time!! Will be back.
We had a fabulous time at Scram Escape rooms at Macquarie. Our daughter had her birthday party here and then after she loved it so much we had to attend as a family. Jess was an excellent host and it was the perfect activity for us. Highly recommend for some family fun!
