Big thanks to William for being so accommodating—even when a few of the girls arrived late and caused a bit of a delay, he kindly let us play and stayed open longer than expected. His patience and kindness made the day extra special. Great experience, great staff, and a great way to celebrate!

Booking & Cancellation
To reschedule your game without a fee, you must provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice by emailing or calling the venue. Rescheduling within 48 hours of your booking will incur a $30 per person fee. Bookings are non-refundable, either wholly or partially. If you fail to arrive for your scheduled game, your booking will be void, and no refund will be issued. FREAK Entertainment reserves the right to cancel bookings due to technical issues or maintenance, in which case your booking will be rescheduled, but no refund will be available. We cannot be held responsible for missed reservations due to extenuating circumstances such like transportation or weather.

Had my pre teen son's b'day here. The kids enjoyed the VR experience but felt staff wasn't as welcoming at other party venues and party area was quite small like timezone, holey moley and strike.
The staff here seem like they prefer to be working at Event Cinemas sweeping up pop corn than working here. They are very disinterested in their customers. They are NOT helpful and give one word answers most of the time. As you can see from the photos, the store was empty. Maybe the gentleman had games to finish himself? I will still come back and try the VR and update this review.
Took my boys and two friends yesterday for the Arizona Sunrise game and they were blown away. I couldn't stop videoing their actions and just delighting in their thorough enjoying of the experience. They are very keen to return, next time with me joinining in! Thanks Freak VR, keep up the great work!!
