For standard tickets, a full refund is available if you cancel at least 48 hours before your booking time via the 'manage my booking' link in your confirmation email. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance, or for tickets purchased within this 48-hour window, are not eligible for refunds or compensation; no-shows are also non-refundable. For school or kids' birthday party bookings, a full refund is possible if you cancel or reduce the group size up to 72 hours in advance. Other large group packages and full venue hires require a 20% non-refundable deposit; the remaining 80% is refundable with two weeks' notice. Rescheduling options vary by package type.

We arrived without a booking. Helen explained the concept of the game to my group of 4. Her enthusiasm got us intrigued. She was able to accommodate our wait time. We picked the Squid Games theme and it was such a different but cool experience! Although we got frustrated as some of the games were very sensitive, we all had fun. There is also a victory gif at the end of the game so don't just walk out when the game is finished!
We had a great time in the game box playing Squid Game. Helen was amazing and helped out from start to finish. We didn’t receive our photo via email at the end. We aren’t sure why. Thanks for your help Helen, and talking us through our first time in the game box.
My family had a great time playing The Floor is Lava! It's a fun and easy game for kids, and a great way to bond as a family. We’ll definitely be back to try the Squid Game next—we’ve heard it’s a bit more challenging!
