This is the best new mask on the market. I have used so many others through out the years and this one of the most comfortable and breathable and nice looking masks you can buy.
Terrible service. Paid 296.51$ CAD for a 44$ lens. They can not seem to take responsibility for their mistakes. Made a purchase on their website for a lens with Priority Shipping, they accidentally sent it out with regular shipping and with UPS when I had selected FedEx as a carrier. They could not fix the shipping speed as it was already processed. After contacting them on Facebook messenger the solution was to order a second time the same lens and return the first lens when it comes in the mail. It has been over a month. They haven't processed the refund and UPS claims the company has not accepted the package back and so cannot process a refund on the brokerage fees of 44.58$. (of which are not mentioned during order, it is one thing to pay border fees and a complete other to pay for their brokerage fees that cost the same as the item they sent out!) I happened to be walking by and heard a dog barking. It's Sunday and I knocked a few time and no one answered. You shouldn't leave a dog in your shop like that. Hopefully it's a misunderstanding and I can change this review.
