Terrible customer service! Unorganized and unprofessional adult staff. We came for a party and the junior staff was polite and helpful but the grown ups were rude and far from helpful. This was our first time ever playing paintball and we told them that when we checked in. We were given NO DIRECTION other than wait to be called. Because we were with a group, we expected our group name to be called but they only called “walk Ins”. After an hour and a half, we went to inquire when it would be our turn to play and Christina was very rude. When we finally got on the field, they paired our kids against a group of adults and it was not a fair game. Our kids got out immediately and two adults cornered our kids in a hide out and unloaded… what adult does that? Overall, this was a terrible experience for us but the insult was how we were treated by Christina who claimed to be the manager. We will not be back.

I cannot express enough how dissatisfied I was with my experience on Sunday September 12, 2021. Took my son and 4 of his friends (all 14 year olds) for his b-day party. The equipment was in horrible shape. All of us had issues with the guns. We played a total of 5 games. My gun malfunctioned 3 out of 5 games to the level that I had to leave the game because I couldn't shoot. Each time, they switched out my gun for a different one, only to have the same thing occur 2 more times. Out of the 4 kids, two had the same experience that I had. That means only 2 out of 5 actually got to play and have fun.
When I mentioned this to management they said they agree they are understaffed and have some older guns that are in process of being replaced. I didn't ask for a refund, but asked for 2 or 3 players to be comp'ed a free return visit. Their response was a straight NO.
I don't plan on wasting my hard earned entertainment dollar on an activity they know is flawed and aren't willing to find some way to make it right.

We had a great time at the park with the other players and the referees but from the moment we got there we all noticed the lady working the register/office area being very rude to customers. We then unfortunately had to leave because of how uncomfortable we felt with how she was treating us and others. Find somewhere else. Could be cool with different owners/managers.

Fun. Shoot your friend with paint guns. Benches. Rentals. Paint ball purchase. On base. 3 different environment to go through. Wear old clothes. Bring your own food, snacks and drinks. Half a day is fun enough. Rain or shine, both are fun to be in.
