Placed order, packaged arrived with stickers only. Missing my ordered items, getting the run around for replacements or a refund. They want me to file a claim on my own behalf for the missing items. Seller is responsible to make sure items arrive to the buyers. I believe Dye should pursue why my package arrived with missing items not me. They have a quality double check procedure with initials on the shipping paperwork, my paperwork had no initials that shows procedures where not followed, Dye needs to do an internal investigation as to why my items are missing. The company should not ask the customers to follow claim procedures when their own employees are not required to abide to their order managing process. Now I am out the parts needed to fix my marker and the money spent.

Ive usually had great service but it would be awesome to know you were closed due to covid by looking at your google page before i risk being late to work to stop by for 5 minutes just to see a paper sign stating you're closed

Took my gun to dye today thinking I was going to pay an arm and a leg but only spent $20 on a leak no other store could fix. Glen is awesome, super helpful and great customer service. Thanks again.
