Booking & Cancellation
MindTrap Escape Room's cancellation and rescheduling policy allows for full refunds or free rescheduling if changes are made 24 hours or more before your game time. For changes made between 2 and 24 hours prior, a $50 fee applies, and refunds are issued as a MindTrap gift voucher. No refunds or rescheduling are permitted for changes made less than 2 hours before the game. To reduce the number of players, you must do so more than 24 hours in advance for a refund to your original payment method; otherwise, a gift voucher will be issued.

We had an incredible first experience at MindTrap Temecula. From the moment we walked in, Makk greeted us warmly and explained the rules. She was our game master and absolutely nailed her role. We played 40 Thieves, and it completely exceeded our expectations. The theming, scale, and overall production were fantastic. Our team of four included two first-timers and two who had only played once before, and we managed to escape with just 14 seconds left on the clock. Such a fun and immersive experience. We’ll definitely be back soon to take on Excalibur.
Mindtrap was a great escape room experience - we did the 40 Thieves room with six people and were able to solve it with a few mins left. It definitely helped to have more people but the puzzles weren’t too challenging; there was just a lot of ground to cover. Kadence was a great game master and was respectful and fun! Would love to come back another time to play a different room!
We did the conspiracy room with a family group of 5, and 3 of us had done an escape room before, and my niece and nephew hadn’t ever. The puzzles were intuitive and it worked to have a group of beginners and more experienced people. The set was awesome! Not hokey at all and not falling apart like some rooms I’ve been to. Our host was Charlotte, and she was also great! She was so nice and got us chuckling early on! I’m excited to check out other mindtrap rooms now!
