I've been here twice. The staff is fantastic! Cheerful, engaging and friendly. They help set the mood for your experience. The rooms are creative with puzzles that are just difficult enough to be challenging, but not overly frustrating. The staff is very attentive and ready to help if you get stuck, and hints come WITH NO TIME PENALTIES!

The escape room was amazing! Nico and Aiden were incredibly friendly and nice. We had such an awesome experience! They even wrote a small letter for my boyfriend's birthday, which was so sweet and made his celebration unforgettable!
Two for two! This was a really great experience. Harrison, Nico, and Tommy really make this experience even more fun! We will definitely be making this a staple stop when we visit SD.
My daughter wanted to do an escape room for her birthday so I picked this one based on reviews and proximity to the hotel. They did not disappoint! The escape room I did was very basic, not this one! It was elaborate and the scents took you to a foreign bazaar. It was challenging but they gave us hints and gave me a chair when my knees started to ache. My daughter had so much fun figuring it out and I loved watching her. We escaped with 2 minutes to spare! If we lived locally I would do all the rooms. Great way to bond and have fun without screens.
