Phil was a great host. We did the 90s cabin room, and struggled a little bit. We had a lot of fun trying to figure out the room.
I’ve done plenty of escape rooms, and this was by far the worst one yet. Staff was not helpful when it came to clues, we had to ask multiple times to get a response and even when we did they were not helpful. We waited at least 30 mins after our scheduled time to start our room, and the game master didn’t even offer to show us how to complete the room when we were done, or offer to take a pic of us. Was more frustrating than it was fun. I’d recommend red door escape rooms if you’re wanting a good experience.

Beware of rust! Don’t be fooled the pictures for THE DINER - props and furniture essential to solving the room were either rusting, ripped, or reinforced with duct tape. It was difficult to figure out if it was part of the room or not. There is an oven in the room that confusingly had panels that lifted easily revealing rust. Containers were broken and rusting. Our group escaped but we were so afraid of putting our hands on or in anything. The puzzles were clever but the condition left us unable to be immersed. This room needs to be totally renovated. Staff were friendly.
WE ESCAPED!! Did a room with our 12 year old and five of his friends, great experience and the staff did a great job getting us under way in the diner themed room! Definitely a great escape room to try and solve. We will be back to try another theme soon!
We had a ton of fun (2 adults & kids elementary and middle school aged)! First time at an escape room. We did the “family cabin” which was a little hard … probably should have started with an easier one (they said speakeasy is good to start with) but it was so so fun. The time went by so fast. Would love to go back and try another one.
