Visited with my novice wife, and a complete first timer. Brilliant shoot and brilliant advice given. relaxed yet safe atmosphere, the amount of stands means that Theirs no pressure of people waiting for you to finish. Every type of bird or rabbit catered for. Definitely the best clay shoot I've visited. As soon as we leave we can't wait for the next chance we get to visit.

I went to the shoot today and received some shooting instruction from Alan, Alan was a great teacher, very relaxed, patient, and crystal clear with his expectarions of me safety wise, but he also explained everything else superbly, giving me valuable insights into timing my shots, accuracy and where to aim. This resulted in me not only hitting a lot of easy clays but also hitting a quite few advanced ones too. Which put a massive smile on my face :-) I was really pleased and grateful to Alan for helping me have a very productive first shooting session. I definitely will be going back to shoot some more.
Great little shoot, cater for have a go shoots and lessons aswell . On site cafe for a breakfast barm and a brew.
Shooting commences at 10am. Great place to experience clay pigeon shooting for the first time or improve your shooting with the BASC Accredited Coaches. New members are welcome. Currently an 80 bird shoot plus two practice stands. Soon to be a 100 bird shoot.
