Booking & Cancellation
Cancellations made 7 days or more before your experience are eligible for a refund, minus a 5% administration fee, or can be rescheduled. If you cancel with 5 days' notice, you'll receive a 50% refund, with rescheduling still an option. For cancellations made with less than 5 days' notice, no refund is provided, but rescheduling remains possible. Cancellations within 3 days of the experience are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Rescheduling is subject to a £5 administration charge. If management cancels your booking, a full refund or free reschedule will be offered. Contact enquiries@heavymetalsc.co.uk with your booking details for any requests.

Had a great experience with my younger brother coming here. His first time shooting and he was ecstatic to fire some live rounds. We both had a fantastic experience and really enjoyed it. The rifles were well maintained and the instructors were a pleasure.
I took my son for his Christmas present. Having just turned 12, he's talked about wanting to shoot a real gun for some time. The place is nestled within the dodgiest looking mill in the middle of nowhere. It's easy to walk to from a nearby tramstop. I clearly didn't read the email fully because we ended up wandering around and around the mill. A quick phone call and we were in in no time. I'd have probably still missed the entrance from reading it though, but that's just me. The guy manning reception was nice and offered us our complimentary brews. It was a nice, tidy area. We were taken through by the instructor, who quickly showed my son hold to hold the weapon etc. He was great, really nice and very patient. I'd paid for the standard package, 100 rounds between 2 guns and 1 hour. The ammo was exhausted in a massive 11 minutes! Sadly, despite having plenty of time remaining, we couldn't purchase more ammo due to supply issues. We understood. The main thing was my son really enjoyed his experience.
Wife took me here to celebrate my birthday and we had a fantastic time. Charlie and Wayne were very welcoming, friendly and made the experience great fun for two newbies. Had an awesome time and would definitely do it again!
