Booking & Cancellation
To receive a refund, guests must contact Point Blank Shooting by telephone or email at least 14 days before the booking. Within 48 hours of a booking, including same-day cancellation, bookings cannot be moved or refunded. For the festive period (November 19 to December 31), a 4-week cancellation notice is required for a refund. The venue will do its best to accommodate date/time changes where possible. No refunds will be issued for abusive behavior towards staff or misuse of equipment, or if booking requirements are not met. Late arrivals (15 minutes without notice) risk losing their booking.

Hosted part of a works xmas party here, it's a great activity to book. Staff really friendly and helpful, good choice of drinks. Fun evening all round.
I've been here twice now and each time has been fantastic. Not to mention we've been pretty good at getting those high scores 😎 would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who wants a fun activity, lots of game options to choose from, the staff are great, and the food and cocktails are delicious.
Had the best time ever! So many games to choose from, it was so fun and really good pricing in my opinion. Cocktails were unreal had 2 pornstar martinis and 2 mojitos for £28.
