Came here on a rainy Friday afternoon and had a really good time! Drinks and cocktails are nice as well as reasonably priced. We didn’t want to leave due to the rain and Laiba was really helpful in getting us another game set up!

All bookings are non-refundable. For groups of 13 guests or fewer, 48 hours' notice is required to alter a booking. For groups of 14 guests or more, 7 days' notice is required. If you cancel or reduce the group size without sufficient notice, the full payment for non-attending individuals will be forfeited. Bookings cannot be cancelled past their start time, which is considered a no-show with no refund or date change offered. Amendments to booking dates are subject to availability and notice periods; if the new date is more expensive, the difference will be charged. For December bookings, all packages are non-refundable and non-transferable once the final balance is paid, and group numbers cannot be reduced or dates changed. Private hires require a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance due six weeks prior, or full payment immediately if within six weeks.

I had a fantastic experience at Lane 7, and a huge part of that was thanks to Matthew. From the moment we arrived, he was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely enthusiastic. He made sure everything ran smoothly—from helping us get set up with our lane to checking in throughout the session to ensure we had everything we needed. Matthew’s energy and customer service were top-notch. He struck the perfect balance between being friendly and professional, and it really elevated our visit. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and wants every guest to have a great time. Would definitely recommend visiting Lane 7, and if you get the chance to be looked after by Matthew, you’re in great hands!
Staff are absolutely amazing and friendly. Especially Matt who made the night that much more enjoyable. Definitely recommend coming here to anyone!!!!
