Cancellations require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure a booking. For cancellations made within 3 weeks (21 days) of the activity date, a 75% non-refundable charge applies, with 25% refunded. Within 2 weeks (14 days), an 85% non-refundable charge applies, with 15% refunded. No refunds are provided for cancellations made within 1 week (7 days) or for non-attendance. In cases of unforeseen circumstances like severe weather, Axes to Ashes reserves the right to cancel or reschedule, offering a full refund or rescheduling option without additional charges.
