Visited with friends on Friday to the rage room, had such a good time that came back with my partner on Sunday to celebrate his birthday. Did rage room and axe throwing on Sunday. Staff were lovely on both occasions and we were given lots of tips for the axe throwing. Better than the gym and therapy!!

Urban Xtreme's cancellation policy allows for rescheduling or full refunds if you provide at least 48 hours' notice. For cancellations made within 48 hours, you must email them, and these are subject to their discretion. Phone bookings require a 50% deposit, which is non-refundable if fewer participants show up than expected. Gift vouchers are non-refundable, and no-shows will forfeit their payment. All approved refunds are processed within 10 business days. Please note that bookings can only be rescheduled once. In the event Urban Xtreme cancels an activity, you will receive a full refund or an alternative booking at no additional cost.

I cannot rate Urban extreme high enough!!! The staff are absolutely wonderful. So helpful, kind, patient and informative. We took my son for his 13th birthday and they couldn't have been anymore wonderful. Brilliant experience for all. We will definitely be returning. A must visit!!!
We had a fantastic visit yesterday. Both boys loved doing all the activities. They did airsoft, rage room, axe throwing and retro gaming. The staff were fantastic and gave a huge amount of information and made sure we were all comfortable with the activities. We will be coming back in the future. I am also talking to my work about having a company day here.
We went for my friends 20th birthday and it was such a fun experience. The staff were lovely and you get to pick your own music when smashing things. 10/10
