Booking & Cancellation
Mayhem Paintball has a strict no-refund policy for participants unable to attend, or if the event cannot be held, or after participation. Individual circumstances are not considered for refunds. Bookings can be postponed by Mayhem with more than 48 hours' notice, and if Mayhem cannot hold an event, it will be rescheduled. Payments for absent players on the day of play are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for paintballs.

Had an absolute blast at Mayhem! I've been a couple times before but this visit took the experience to a whole new level. The entire staff, from booking over the phone to the friendly marshals, was fantastic. Huge shout-out to Ben and Benji (aka Ben²), the best marshals around. They truly made our day unforgettable, and the whole group had nothing but praise for them. Top-notch lads! We'll definitely be returning soon. If you're thinking about coming here, don't hesitate—just go for it! The games were fantastic, and overall, it was an amazing experience.
This was the first time paintballing. I enjoyed the whole day!! Will definitely go again. The staff were amazing and ensuring our safety throughout.
