We had an unforgettable day at Holland & Holland as a group of four. From the moment we arrived, the welcome was genuinely warm, and we were treated with such care and professionalism that it felt like we were longstanding members. The day began with a lovely breakfast, followed by clay shooting and an incredible session in the shooting cinema. Ed’s expert guidance made the experience fun and engaging, and the gentlemen in the gunroom gave us fascinating insight into the brand’s rich history. Lunch was superb—a beautifully presented three-course meal—and winding down with drinks in the lounge was the perfect way to round off the day. Every member of the team was attentive, friendly, and passionate. A truly memorable experience we won’t forget.
My visit to the shooting range was outstanding. David at the reception was very professional, ensuring a smooth check-in and explaining the safety protocols clearly. Clive, the range instructor, was excellent at teaching, breaking down techniques in an easy-to-understand way. His patience and detailed guidance significantly improved my shooting skills. Overall, the staff's professionalism and expertise made for an exceptional experience.
Awesome range...the grounds are maintained so well....all the staff, David at reception, Steve in gun shop, Clive at the range, Mark on the buggy, Nick the groundsman and the staff at the bar providing exceptional customer service experience.
