Booking & Cancellation
Cancellations made within 7 days of the game date are non-refundable. For bookings outside this 7-day window, a 50% refund is available. A full refund is only guaranteed if a booking made at least 14 days in advance is cancelled within 24 hours of booking. All cancellations must be submitted via email. To postpone or change a date, 20 days' notice is required, incurring a £20 administration fee. For large groups of 50+ players, a 50% refund is possible only if cancelled at least 3 months prior to the event; cancellations within 3 months are non-refundable. Events cancelled by UKPaintball due to unforeseen circumstances like severe weather will be offered alternative dates or venues, but no refunds will be issued.
