Bookings cancelled within 7 days of the game date are strictly non-refundable. For cancellations outside this 7-day window, a 50% refund applies. A 100% refund is only available for bookings made at least 14 days in advance and cancelled within 24 hours of booking. All cancellations must be submitted via email. If UKPaintball cancels your booking, an alternative date, venue, or full refund will be offered, unless the cancellation is due to severe weather or other circumstances beyond their control, in which case new dates valid for up to 12 months will be offered instead of refunds. For groups of 50 or more, a 50% refund requires a minimum of 3 months' notice; cancellations within this period are not eligible for a refund. Players who fail to attend forfeit their payment and any included paintballs.
