Booking & Cancellation

Cancellations made more than 31 days prior to your booked date are eligible for a full refund, minus the deposit. For cancellations within 31 days of the event, no refund will be issued, and the deposit will be forfeited. All cancellations and reductions in group size must be submitted in writing and acknowledged by us. You can email admin@geronigo.com to cancel. If you purchased the Flexi-Date option, you can reschedule your event once, up to two weeks before the original date, to the same location, subject to availability. Without Flexi-Date, rescheduling within 14 days incurs a £40 fee. In cases of venue cancellation due to extreme weather or other unavoidable circumstances, your booking will be rescheduled to a mutually convenient date within three months. For pandemic-related closures, a credit voucher valid for six months will be issued if rescheduling is not possible.
