Booking & Cancellation
RW Paintball's cancellation policy states that all deposits are non-refundable if the customer cancels, regardless of notice. However, with 14 days' notice, the venue may offer to hold deposits for a rebooking within a specified timeframe. If RWPC Associates Ltd or a partner cancels, customers will be offered an alternative date/venue or a full deposit refund. In cases of force majeure like government lockdowns, deposits are transferable to new bookings for up to one year, but refunds are not issued. Refunds are also not provided for unused paintballs or extras purchased on the day.

We arrived at RW Paintball on a sunny Saturday afternoon, to be greeted by the winning smiles of everyone at the front desk, and a very warm welcome. We were coming to play AirSoft for a 14th birthday party. Ben was fantastic. He gave everyone a thorough introduction to the guns and safety issues, and then took all 10 teens out for two hours of the most brilliant games - they all absolutely LOVED it! Charlotte at the front desk was so kind and welcoming to me, explaining about what I might need in terms of extra ammo, and going the extra mile to accommodate me and make our event go fantastically well. I can't recommend the wonderful Charlotte, Ben and the whole team at RW Paintball enough. A completely fantastic day out... Thank you.
Visited on Saturday for my partners birthday, although the road getting into the place were extremely icy, a member of staff came down and carefully directed us. Friendly/funny staff and really helpful with showing us how to use everything. We all had a great time taking part in archery, axe throwing and target shooting. We’ll definitely be back
We booked a party here for our son's 18th birthday. The kids came out buzzing with excitement. They all had such a good time. It was the perfect experience to make my son's birthday memorable. The staff were friendly and supportive and the grounds were fit for purpose. It's a great way to enjoy the outdoors. They are part of the Mayhem paintball group. 13 teens used 13,300 paintballs for the day (6 hours of gaming) so it works out about 1000 paintballs per person.
