Booking & Cancellation
Go Paintball London offers a 100% money-back guarantee only for bookings cancelled via email (hello@gopaintball.co.uk) within 24 hours of booking, provided the booking was made at least 7 days in advance. All bookings cancelled beyond this 24-hour window are strictly non-refundable. Bookings within 7 days of the event date are non-transferable. Date changes for confirmed events incur a £5 per player administration fee and must be re-booked within two months. In cases of cancellation due to circumstances beyond their control (e.g., severe weather, government restrictions), no refunds are issued, but groups can rebook for a new date within 13 months. No-shows or players not purchasing a paintball package on the day will not receive a refund for their admission fee.
