Booking & Cancellation
RW Paintball's cancellation policy states that all deposits are non-refundable if the customer cancels, regardless of notice. However, if a customer provides 14 days' notice, deposits may be held and offered for rebooking within a specified timeframe. If RW Paintball or a partner cancels for reasons within their control, customers will be offered an alternative date/venue or a full refund of deposits. In cases of force majeure (e.g., government lockdowns), deposits will be held and transferable for up to one year, with no refunds granted. Full payment is required for midweek games, and no refunds or exchanges are available for no-shows on these bookings. Refunds are not provided for unused paintballs or extras purchased on the day.
