Unacceptable service – Completely unprofessional and unaccommodating I’ve done escape rooms all over the world — in Europe, the US, and Asia — and I’ve never experienced anything like this. We arrived slightly late for our booking (we were a group of six), and while we fully understand that punctuality is important, what followed was completely uncalled for. We rang the bell multiple times and waited outside for 40 minutes — yet no one came to the door. No staff, no message, no contact. Just silence. There wasn’t even the decency of someone opening the door to speak with us. It felt incredibly petty and childish — like we were being deliberately ignored rather than treated like paying customers. Every other escape room I’ve visited has been welcoming, flexible, and professional, even when we’ve been a few minutes late. This was the only place where we were met with such cold, passive-aggressive behavior. If you’re thinking of booking here — don’t. There are plenty of amazing escape rooms in London run by people who actually value their customers. This is not one of them.
Absolutely phenomenal - the best birthday ever! not for those that would be scared watching silence of the lambs! thank you so much to all those involved for bringing together my friends from different circles and giving us an amazing time!

Tickets are non-refundable. If ScreamWorks cancels an experience, customers receive a voucher valid for 12 months or a full refund. Late arrivals are not admitted and will not receive a refund. For group bookings of 14 or more, up to 10% of tickets can be refunded if notified by email 72 hours in advance. One free ticket exchange is permitted per customer with 72 hours' email notice, resulting in a store credit valid for 12 months. Subsequent exchanges incur a £10 administrative fee. Store credits are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

One of the best experiences ive had! Right from the beginning, it feels like an actual visit to an 'open house' viewing. The setup even extending to outside the building really sets the scene for your arrival. The puzzles were interesting, a little difficult but still enjoyable! If you like having fun with a little bit of a scare factor, would definitely recommend a visit! The game masters were also super nice to talk with and insanely committed to their roles!
A truly thrilling experience... a horror house full of escape rooms, with challenging puzzles that require teamwork and problem solving skills, where nothing is what it seems and the sense of dread is palpable as you move from room to room until a genuinely disturbing and terrifying climax. Not for the faint hearted, to say the least. I'll be back to do the next one for sure.
BEST ESCAPE, PUZZLE, FUN, EXCITING, EXECUTED, experience EVER! Honestly, if you love escape rooms, this is probably the best one you will go to! It certainly is my most fave of all of the ones I’ve done ( I have been to many)! I did it with my boyfriend for his birthday and from start to finish, every second was just exhilarating.We did the open house 90mins 18+ experience. I won’t spoil it, but every room was done amazingly and was super clever and the attention to detail was fabulous. All of the games, were so well thought out! I applaud Gary and whoever else came up with this ideas, SOOOO creative and genius, quite frankly! There’s many rooms, it’s so interesting and each room so different! If you like a little bit of a scare and sometimes cool spaces to crawl through, it will be great for you! Highly recommend. You can have up to 21 people! I must say, even just 2 of you is amazing and quite hilarious. Thanks Gary, the game master & also to Hannah. BEST DAY EVER!
