Me and my friends came here and were greeted with great service and had so much fun! We went to the Lost City of Atlantis and it was well worth it. Thank you to Shahrukh for the amazing experience today!
We did the School of Magic room and had a brilliant time! Managed to succeed (with a little help!) and though the room was really clever. Great for beginners or more experienced people and we’ll definitely be back!
It was a very enjoyable experience, the puzzles were challenging but in a fun and stimulating way. There is a good deal of detail into the room, overall great design. Customer service was amazing. Our Game Master, Sylvia, was particularly amazing. She was very kind and helpful in explaining to us how it all works, she gently nudged us in the right direction when we were stuck on a particularly hard part of the level, and was just a really positive presence in our time there. Even after we had completed the level, she was very kind, offered to take our picture and have a fun short conversation afterwards. Overall, impeccable service from her, and a great escape room.
