Booking & Cancellation
Our escape scenarios are live events, and as such, refunds are not provided. If you need to reschedule, you can do so free of charge with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability. For reschedules with less than 48 hours' notice, a fee of £10 per player for off-peak games and £15 per player for peak games applies. This fee doubles for subsequent reschedules. If you book less than 48 hours in advance and select the wrong date, you can change it for free within one hour of booking. No-shows have 24 hours to contact us to reschedule; otherwise, the full booking amount is required for rebooking. In the event of UK government restrictions (lockdown), no refunds are offered, but a credit will be applied with no date or time restrictions.

We came this weekend for my sister’s bachelorette party. We were a group of French women. We had a great time. The staff was attentive and very kind. Thanks to Shannon for preparing the rules and riddles in French—it was amazing! Thanks again.
Shandy was brilliant! As our host she was amazing and catered to us and our needs, looking after our group with care and made our day out so much more enjoyable. A 10/10 experience. We were glad to have Shandy as our host for the haunted mansion.
An amazing experience to do as a group with friends! Shandy hosted our room and was so entertaining as we were the last group of the day. We completed Murder Mansion which was the biggest to fit our group of 8 and it was well designed. We look forward to coming back to see the next escape room they make and hopefully get the splendid Shandy as a host again!
