How do I book an escape room experience?

You can book your preferred scenario directly through our website. We recommend booking in advance to secure your spot.

What happens if I arrive late for my booking?

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled game time for a briefing. If you are 10 minutes late after your start time, you will not be allowed to enter the game. You may be able to reschedule for a fee, depending on availability.

What is your policy on refunds and rescheduling?

We do not offer refunds for any reason, including missed bookings, incorrect dates, late arrivals, or missing players. However, if you provide at least 48 hours' notice, we can reschedule your game free of charge, subject to availability. Rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice incurs a fee of Â£10 per player for off-peak slots and Â£15 per player for peak slots. If you book less than 48 hours in advance and select the wrong date, you can change it for free within one hour of booking. No-shows have 24 hours to contact us to reschedule, otherwise, a full rebooking fee applies. In case of government-mandated lockdowns, no refunds are given, but credit will be applied for future use.

Are there any age restrictions for the escape scenarios?

Twisted Tales is suitable for ages 10 and up. Cabin Fever and Murder Mansion are suitable for ages 12 and up. Players under 16 must be accompanied by an adult (18+) who remains on-site for the duration of the game. Players 16 and older can play without an adult. Physical ID may be required.

What should I wear for the escape room experience?

We recommend wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothing and trainers. Please avoid heels or open-toe shoes for safety reasons. We are not responsible for any damage to clothing or if you get dirty during the experience.

Are the scenarios scary, and can I choose the scare level?

Yes, our scenarios contain scary elements, and each has a 'fright factor' rating. You can also opt for an extra 'fear level' for an additional Â£10 (for 2-5 players) or Â£20 (for 6-8 players) to make the game more terrifying and fun. This added cost is split among the team.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Unfortunately, our venue is located in a basement, which makes it unable to accommodate individuals in wheelchairs for our games.

Our escape scenarios are live events, and as such, refunds are not provided. If you need to reschedule, you can do so free of charge with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability. For reschedules with less than 48 hours' notice, a fee of Â£10 per player for off-peak games and Â£15 per player for peak games applies. This fee doubles for subsequent reschedules. If you book less than 48 hours in advance and select the wrong date, you can change it for free within one hour of booking. No-shows have 24 hours to contact us to reschedule; otherwise, the full booking amount is required for rebooking. In the event of UK government restrictions (lockdown), no refunds are offered, but a credit will be applied with no date or time restrictions.
