Bookings for Escape Plan are generally non-refundable as they are for live events. However, the venue offers a flexible rescheduling policy. With at least 48 hours' notice, you can reschedule your game without any additional charge. For reschedules made within 48 hours of your event, an administrative fee of Â£30 per game booked may apply, at the venue's discretion. If Escape Plan is forced to cancel your game due to unforeseen circumstances such as government restrictions or staff shortages, a full refund will be provided. It is recommended to contact them in advance if you need to reschedule or are unable to attend.
