The kids absolutely loved it, and the staff were fantastic with them, especially Dom - the chap charged with looking after us, making sure everyone had a great time while remaining safe. Booking & Cancellation
GO Paintball London offers a 100% money-back guarantee for cancellations made via email within 24 hours of booking, provided the booking was made at least 7 days in advance. All bookings canceled after this 24-hour window are strictly non-refundable. Bookings within 7 days of the event date are non-transferable. Date changes made outside the 7-day window incur a £5 per player re-booking fee and must be re-booked within two months. In cases of event cancellation due to circumstances beyond control, such as severe weather or government restrictions, no refunds apply, but groups will be offered a free rebooking for up to 13 months from the original event date.

We had my son’s 11th birthday party at Go Paintball and he and his friends all had - in their words the “best party ever”! The second time we’ve had his party there. From start to finish the whole party ran smoothly and we can’t praise Mel our events organiser more highly. She briefed us on everything and kept checking in to make sure all was ok throughout. She was so friendly to everyone. The way the parties are organised is superb and they make sure the children have a fantastic time and it’s all about the fun! Additionally their communication is a key part as to why they’re so good, they get back to every message within in seconds and any concerns you may have as a parent. If you have never Paintballed before, but are looking to give it a go while still being a little bit nervous and unsure where to undergo this baptism - don't be nervous and look no further than this place. ;-) We've celebrated my son's 15th B-day with a Paintball Bash with both kids and adults taking part and I can tell you that it was one of the best experiences we've all had. From the initial planning, throughout the whole booking (organisation, add-ons, etc.) and all the way to the day itself - GO Paintball team and espeically Megan did a stellar job. Everything was clearly explained in advance, communication was top and from the moment we've arrived at the venue, we felt like the only guests there - the whole team knew everyone's names, and there wasn't a single moment where we would have had the opportunity to feel lost or unsure of what to do. The whole team have everything planned out to the minute detail and at all times you are genuinely feeling like you trully are "on the mission". The paintball missions were well planned, well explained and very well managed (as you have a Go Paintball team member with you at all times) and most importantly it was all a tremedous fun. We have been a bit nervous about the physical side of it, but we need not have been - the adrenaline forces you to completely switch off and shift your mindset to just enjoying a day out in an amazing forest with your family - coupled with all the fun, it made this an absolutely terrific experience. And we will surely be back. ;-) Few logistical tips = 100% go for the biggest ammo package you can afford as not having to worry about lack of ammo till the last game (when it all becomes a bit strategic) is the best way to enjoy your day; don't overdo it with clothes as you will warm up even if it's a bit chilly; get stuck in and don't worry about getting hit - we've survived and you will as well.
