How long does the entire experience last?

The total experience is 1.5 hours long. You're asked to arrive 15 minutes before your booking for a briefing and to get ready. The game itself is 1 hour, followed by a debriefing and a complimentary team photo.

How much does it cost to play?

Will we be playing with other groups?

No, the room will be exclusively booked for you and your team. No strangers will be added to your game.

Cancellation Policy

Escape London does not offer refunds for cancellations. However, if you provide at least 72 hours' notice before your scheduled booking, you have two options: you can reschedule your game free of charge (subject to availability) or receive a credit note for the full amount paid, valid for future bookings within 12 months. If you provide less than 72 hours' notice, rescheduling is still possible, but a 50% fee of the total booking amount will be charged, payable on the day of rescheduling. For Saturday bookings rescheduled on the same day, a fixed fee of Â£25 (incl. VAT) applies.
