Cancellations must be made in writing via email. All bookings are non-refundable. If fewer players attend than booked, no refunds or credits will be issued for their places. Changes to bookings are not accepted within 48 hours of the game and will result in the loss of all money paid. For changes requested with more than 48 hours' notice, we will make every effort to accommodate. If The Escaporium cancels a booking, customers will receive a full refund or an alternative booking time.

We came here looking for a different than usual game and wanted to avoid the big chains, and it did not disappoint! The room itself was fun, challenging and filled with a good mix of traditional thinking and physically interactive puzzles. Amy was a fantastic host, we had a good chat with her before and after our game and she really knows her stuff. Looking forward to coming back when they have the next room up and running!
Went with a group of 6 13 year old girls. Was a little tricky at times, but Amy the host was amazing, helping us when we needed a little extra clue! Was a lot of fun, thank you.
Although slightly out the way if you're travelling without a car, this place is 1376271847% worth it! Amy who did the room for us was soooooo friendly, she ran the room perfectly, and then gave us a huge list of other escape room suggestions all around the UK; lady knows her stuff!! The Wee W.I.L.L.I.E WinKey room is so interactive, me and my partner had a blast🥰 Would highly recommend for anyone who loves escape rooms, I truly cannot wait for their new rooms to open!
