Booking & Cancellation
Bookings for experiences are non-refundable upon cancellation. However, you may be able to reschedule your booking at the discretion of the venue's general manager. To be eligible for rescheduling, you must request the change more than 24 hours prior to your original booking time, and the new booking date must be within 30 days of the original. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice will not be eligible for a refund or rebooking. In serious unforeseen circumstances, a voucher for the equivalent value may be issued at the general manager's discretion.

Lovely friendly helpful staff, great fun doing the hunt and a really helpful guide can’t remember her name but I think she may be Australian with doing an American accent for the cowboy experience. Everywhere was clean and drinks at reasonable prices. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience.
Had such an amazing time doing the Alice in Wonderland escape room! It was honestly so much fun & our game master Faye was so awesome & lovely! She never broke character even when we were struggling & being silly 😂 thank you so much! Was honestly such a great day!
Faye was incredible! Kept us entertained and supported to make sure we had the most fun possible. We ended up going two days in a row because we enjoyed it so much! Definitely looking to come again
