We enjoyed Breakout Liverpool so much, we went twice during our stay—and both visits were fantastic!
On our first visit, we did the Outbreak room with Alex as our game master. The room was complex, engaging, and full of clever puzzles. Alex was brilliant—offering hints at just the right moments (not that we needed many!). We escaped with just 25 seconds to spare—no zombies got us this time!
We were so impressed that we came back a second time and did Facility, with Jess as our game master. Just like Alex, Jess was amazing—super friendly, helpful, and clearly passionate about the experience. This room was a bit tougher than the first, and we’re grateful Jess gave us a little extra time to get through it!
We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Liverpool to try out the rest of the rooms—hopefully with Alex or Jess guiding us again. Highly recommend!

Just finished and escaped the room, we went with 3 adults n 2 kids.. this was an amazing experience, as thick as I am I managed to add a little help and crack the final code.. we used the outbreak room. The hostess was amazing. Deffo got to try the other rooms in the future ✌️😁👍👍👍

Booking & Cancellation
Breakout Liverpool has a strict cancellation policy: no refunds are given for cancelled bookings. If you need to rearrange a booking, you must notify them in writing at least 7 days before your game date. While they will try to accommodate changes, it's not guaranteed, and they reserve the right to cancel without a refund if rearrangement isn't possible. For COVID-19 symptoms, if you inform them in advance, they will rearrange for free; otherwise, you lose your booking.

Had such a great experience! My partner and I did the Outbreak zombie themed room. It was amazing and super immersive. Lots of aspects to it, a lot of problem solving involved, and some puzzles I have never come across in my life. I have visited multiple escape rooms across the country and this one was great to say the least! Sean was our host and is such a lovely guy. He explained everything perfectly and took our photo at the end. We had the chance to even take a Polaroid photo home with us for memories! Thank you Breakout Liverpool!!
Absolutely brilliant experience. DJ greeted us and looked after us brilliantly throughout our experience. We did the Wanted room, and it was excellent. Clear instructions beforehand, and we even got to dress up in Cowboy Hats and Bandanna, which added to the experience. The room was challenging but not so difficult that we couldn't solve the clues. DJ was on hand to help us at the crucial times, which really added to the overall experience. He did this via cameras in the room, so his timing was always bang on (pardon the pun). I would definitely recommend a visit. We are keen to go back and try another room!
Fantastic experience. Very tricky room to escape (unfortunately we didn’t get out in time) but it certainly got our brains moving! Some of the challenge could do with a bit more of a hint, but otherwise a brilliant afternoon. Lovely staff and the place easy to find. Highly recommend!
